- Life mapping
- HIV life cycle
- Network with other people living with HIV
- Sharing information and experiences
- Learning to disclose your HIV status

A course designed by physicians and the community to help people live well with HIV throughout the life course from diagnosis to ageing. The modules include:
- HIV diagnosis
- Peer support
- HIV treatment
- Adherence to medication
- Living longer with HIV
- Specific issues such as PrEP, chemsex, treatment as prevention

For people living with HIV who want are interested in assisting others who are newly diagnosed with HIV. This course is for you.
It is a 3-days intensive workshop run in a support group format and facilitated by a peer mentor. The sessions will explore:
- Issues concerning the acceptance of HIV diagnosis
- Disclosing HIV status
- Accessing and negotiating healthcare
- Forming intimate relationships post-HIV
